• One hour of Swimming pool session with instructions from the divemaster/instructor
• 2 dives in the ocean

Two dives/Double Diving meaning you dive in the ocean for the first time for approximately 25-45mins then ascend up to the boat for resting period of 1 hour. 

Then, you will go for another dive in the ocean for another 25-45min to complete your session.  Double diving is a great choice for first-time scuba divers. The first dive is mostly for getting used to the ocean water and the equipment, while in the second dive, you are already comfortable and just enjoy the dive.
