Swimming with turtles is a unique and memorable experience that allows visitors to interact with these gentle marine creatures in their natural habitat. The tour can take place in either one of two locations which are the waters around Mnemba Atoll or at the new turtle aquarium named Salaam Cave.

During the tour, guests have the opportunity to observe green sea turtles up close, and even feed them too. These turtles are known for their friendly nature and can often be seen gliding gracefully through the water. However, green clothing is not recommended when doing this activity as the turtles may mistake you for food. Guides usually provide information about turtle behavior, conservation efforts, and the importance of protecting marine ecosystems.
